Success taught me a great deal. But not what I expected.
One of the greatest privileges of my work is that my clients trust me with the parts of themselves they rarely show anyone else.
When I'm on a call with someone, I never see a job title or a list of problems to solve. I see a capable human being who deserves to understand themselves with greater compassion than perhaps they ever have before.
Because after a decade of doing this important work, and working with hundreds of women, I've learnt that when you feel truly seen and understood, you begin to see yourself differently.
And when you see yourself differently, everything starts to change for the better.
I choose to see every client at their highest potential, even when they can't yet see it for themselves. For I know that you grow into the way you are seen. Holding that belief is one of the greatest responsibilities of my work.
